The login to the UŁ system is sent to the student's private email address specified during recruitment.
The login message is sent shortly after the student's details are entered into the UŁ system.
The student login is created according to ULxxxxxxx@edu.uni.lodz.pl format.
If the student does not receive the message, the student should check the Spam and Trash folders.
To set a password, follow the instructions in point 2 below.
1. How do I check my new student/doctoral login?
- go to https://login.uni.lodz.pl/ and select English version
- under the Identifier field, click on the Login Reminder link, i.e. Remind me my ID
- in the Private email address field, enter your private email address (provided during recruitment and registered with the USOS), check the box "Nie jestem robotem" (en. "I am not a robot"), click "Submit"
- A message will be sent to your private e-mail with information about the new login. If you did not get it, check the Spam and Trash folders.
2. How to set a password for the UŁ student/doctoral student login?
- Go to https://login.uni.lodz.pl/ and select English version
- under the field "Password" click the Forgot your password? link
- in the Identifier field enter the new student login, for example: ULxxxxxxx@edu.uni.lodz.pl, check the box "Nie jestem robotem" (en. "I am not a robot"), click "Submit".
- a message with a link to change/set your password will be sent to your private email address.
NOTE: The password must meet security requirements (min. 8 characters, upper and lower case letters, numbers; the password must not contain special characters, names such as first name, last name, PESEL number; the new password must not be similar to the previous ones)
As soon as you set your password you can log in with your new login and password to USOSweb and Moodle.
Wait about 60 minutes after changing your password before logging into MS Office.
In the meantime, you will be migrated to Office 365. Then log in with your new login and password at https://www.office.com.
Remember that the same login and password are used for all systems of the UŁ, including Office 365 mail client.
